I can not speak highly enough of the professionalism and desire to please that all of the Griswald's people exhibited - from when Hue met us at the airport in Hanoi (with some beautiful roses for the women) through to when Long saw us off at the HCM City airport. We always felt that nothing was too much trouble and that they were intent on ensuring that we were satisfied with every aspect of the trip. Ngoc was great. His knowledge of the local tribes, customs and dialects was a real bonus. The rice and corn wine was enjoyed by all but his parting 'gift' of arranging dinner at one of his friend's eating house in Lao Cai was truly something to remember ... |

Considering that we only had the 14 nights tour your planned itinerary exceeded all of our expectations by a large margin. Your guides and staff were most courteous. The boat crew worked extremely hard to please everyone and always had the vessel spotlessly clean. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the various vehicles and the expertise of your drivers. |
